According to the famous law of 1901, an association is an agreement by which two or several persons share, in a permanent way, their knowledge or their activity in a purpose other than to share profits.
Based in 1981, our association corresponds to this definition. It has a non profit-making purpose and its members are all volunteers.
Always according to the terms of the law, there are several types of associations. The main are: not declared association (completely free, without control, without formalism, without legal capacity), association declared to the prefecture and published to the Official Journal (has a certain legal capacity) and state-approved association (declared and subjected to administrative obligations, has the full legal capacity).
The association AVP was declared and the last publication to the Official Journal, due to the election of a new board, dates May 31st, 2002. (Publication in the course of updating)
